About Me

I am an International Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Futurist, Speaker, and Artivist, sharing practical tools to build bridges for a more equitable and inclusive tomorrow. My journey includes roles as an executive for a $3bn healthcare network, recording artist, Miss Africa, and entrepreneur. Exploring 35 countries on four continents reinforced my belief that humanity has more similarities than differences. At an early age I recognized music and dance's powerful ability to influence social change. DEI is core to my identity, shaped by my southern African upbringing in the apartheid era. Despite initially dropping out of college, I later graduated as valedictorian, cum laude, from Harvard with a BA in Philosophy and Ethics and earned my MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. As a perpetual outsider, I've learned to embrace my uniqueness as a superpower and encourage you to do the same.

How we can work together…

Since I could talk, I have been consistently maintained a passion for advocacy of underserved people. Many decades later, I do that in one of three ways:

1.

As a speaker, I have travelled our planet delivering keynote speeches, and hosting various events as an MC. No matter the topic or region, I deliver in a manner that is captivating and inspires action.

2.

As a coach, I work one on one with leaders from various industries on inclusive leadership, personal development and future adaptability.

3.

As an educator, and strategist, I facilitate DEI workshops for teams looking to establish and/or scale a framework with the future in mind.
