With more than 15 years of unwavering commitment, my journey has taken me from Intern to Associate, Ambassador, Senior Advisor, and now CEO, all with a singular mission: building bridges. Along this remarkable journey, I've had the privilege of crafting educational programs that have touched the lives of over 500,000 professionals across the globe.
My path has been shaped by diverse experiences, from my upbringing during the turbulent apartheid era in southern Africa to my formative years in the heart of southeast Kansas. My life's narrative continued through the bustling streets of New York City, reflective moments in China, and rich cultural immersion in Europe. These global experiences have nurtured my identity as a dedicated thought leader and an authentic global citizen. My expertise spans across an array of sectors, where I've pioneered transformative DEI strategies and education. This work spanned across education, law enforcement, beauty, healthcare, technology, and finance fields.
While accolades have come my way, a standout achievement has been my partnership with The Foschini Group, which I initiated as the Founder of Embrace Your Hair, a hair and beauty company. This groundbreaking collaboration transcended pages, earning recognition in Forbes Africa magazine, and firmly reaffirmed the profound business case for DEI.
